How do you verify a listing?

We check the title, confirm the real owner, and visit the house in person before it ever appears on our books.

Do you charge a fee?

We charge a small fee for viewing houses. We will always tell you the exact amount up front, before anything is arranged, so there are never any surprises.

I am abroad. Can I view remotely?

Yes. We run live video viewings over WhatsApp or a call, and can send you a full recording plus verified documents.

Do you rent and sell?

Both. We rent out houses and we sell them, including maisonettes, townhouses and standalone homes. Whether you want a place for a year or somewhere to buy and keep, we can help.

I am a landlord. Can you manage my house?
